Don’t Risk Losing Your License
We all have rights – todos tenemos derechos.
In Florida, it’s unlawful to drive when one’s normal faculties are impaired, or to drive with a blood alcohol level (BAL) of .08% or above.
All DUI offenders must attend DUI school before hardship reinstatement. For people who wait out their revocation period before reinstating their license, they need to show proof of enrollment or completion to reinstate their license.
If the individual fails to complete DUI school within 90 days of reinstatement, their driver’s license will be cancelled and the driver cannot be relicensed until DUI school is completed.
